Extremely comfy beds, central heating, an individual safe and multi-channel TV in the room. Amazing bathrooms with a tub. Nice building, comfy and best possible location close to downtown and downtown Chicago. Also, easy to get to a skateboard park.

It was very nice stay, I liked fabulous food.

the room of the hotel was comfy and fantastic with comfortable double beds, 2 medium suitcases in use, for example. i had a microwave, coffee and tea making equipment, and refrigerators.

The staff was accommodating, arranged an early check-in for us and letting us store our baggage. The location is very close to millennium park. I especially appreciated joshua at the front desk for his friendly help with directions.
